“Nektar” Vino Passito 500 ml
Nektar was created from a careful selection of Vermentino grapes. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in 15 kg crates in the vineyards with the greatest vocation which every year express the best harvest. The bunches are left to naturally dry for a few months and then begin a careful and respectful vinification. About 60% of the must ferments and ages in steel, the remaining part in barriques. After about a year of aging in the bottle, Nektar expresses itself through an intense golden yellow color, floral and tropical fruit aromas, hints of sweet spices and honey, aromatic herbs and hawthorn.
Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks, aging in 20 hl oak barrels for 18 months. After bottling, further refinement in the bottle for 18 months
Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
