Auxo is a Latin name that refers to the growth and development of plants and represents one of the four seasons of the year. Auxo is one of the "historic" red wines of the cellar, its production process has been respected and valued throughout the numerous vintages that have followed.

The three contributory vines clearly reference the Tuscan winemaking tradition. The presence of these vines in the Colli di Luni is the result of the historical and social influences that the two territories have always had in common. Auxo perfectly represents this encounter. The Ligurian terroir, characterized by the strong proximity of the sea and the mountains, has welcomed these three Tuscan vines, giving them elegance and identity. The low yields in the vineyard and the passage in large wooden barrels are expressed through intense aromas.

Grapes: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo

Vinification: 10 10 days on the skins, after racking, aging for 10 months in 20 hl oak barrels

Alcohol content: 13 % vol.
