“Circus” Liguria di Levante IGT Rosso 2022 750 ml
"Circus" is a red wine obtained from Massareta, Albarossa and Alicante, three vines grown just a few kilometers from the sea, where the prevalence of sandy soils and excellent ventilation give a young, fresh, pleasant, Mediterranean red. The meeting of the different grapes in vinification and the short aging in steel tanks, give this wine great personality and freshness. The characteristics of the vines are realized in the delicate aromas, where floral and fruity notes blend. In the mouth it is characterized by an excellent persistence and elegance, the fruity notes are confirmed, supported by a pleasant acidity and delicate tannins. Our "red of the sea" is excellent to combine with typical local dishes, such as Ligurian rabbit, pasta with pesto or fish soups.

Vinification: 10 days on the skins; after racking, aging in steel vats for 5 months.

Alcohol content: 12.5 % vol.
