“Etichetta Grigia” Colli di Luni DOC Vermentino 2024 750 ml 

Label Grigia is the first wine made from the vinification in purity of Vermentino grapes by Paolo Bosoni, now more than 40 years ago, today as then follows the same path. Over time it has become the emblem and icon of the winery.

The vinification is simple and respectful, aimed at enhancing the classic characteristics of vermentino in Colli di Luni: freshness and elegance, told by floral notes and slightly fruity to the perfume, savoury and balanced taste. Great for dishes of sea/land of medium structure.

“LaBianca” Liguria di Levante IGT Bianco 2024 750 ml
LaBianca is the most recent addition to our cellar. A white wine resulting from the union of two traditional vines: Vermentino (80%) and Malvasia di Candia (20%), grown in the light and sandy soils of the Luni plain, just a few kilometers from the sea. The character of Vermentino is complemented by the aromatic notes of Malvasia, enriching the wine with a unique softness, nuances of flowers, ripe fruit and… sea breezes.

“Cavagino” Colli di Luni DOC Vermentino 2023 750 ml
Cavagino comes from the vinification of Vermentino grapes from a single vineyard located on the hills of Luni (about 250 meters above sea level), in one of the areas with the best conditions thanks to a unique microclimate and a rich soil structure with a significant presence of boulders. The low yields per hectare and the particular vinification, which involves the use of both steel tanks and barriques, enable the vine to reach its full potential.

“Albarola”  Colli di Luni DOC Albarola 2024 750 ml
The name relates to the single vine that finds its way into this wine. A native species found between the extreme eastern Ligurian area and the Cinque Terre, it is characterized by excellent freshness, notes of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that favors classic combinations such as with fish-based dishes.

"Numero Chiuso" 2020 Colli di Luni D.O.C. Vermentino 740ml

Numero Chiuso was born from an intuition: to obtain a pure Vermentino, that could "dialogue with time". A white wine from Colli di Luni that could express itself "in the long distance". Produced only in the best vintages and only in 3990 bottles, the equivalent of a 30hl wooden barrel in which this wine rests for 18 months, after an accurate fermentation in steel. The grapes are selected bunch only in two historical vineyards. It gives a bright yellow vermentino with subtle golden hues. Intense scents of Mediterranean scrub, resins and honey. In the mouth it is wide and enveloping, you will find the notes perceived on the nose, well balanced by an acidity still present, minerality and balsamic hints.

"Nektar" Liguria di Levante IGT Passito di Vermentino 2019 500 ml
Produced in small quantities, Nektar comes from Vermentino grapes grown on slopes sheltered by the mountains and near the sea. The bunches, selected and harvested by hand, and subsequently dried in airy environments, give a harmonious and elegant wine with an intense golden yellow color. A passito that represents our nectar, the name itself celebrates the Nektar: the mythical drink of the gods, which Ganymede poured, and Hebe offered to the Gods of Olympus. Nektar is a single-varietal wine made from carefully selected Vermentino grapes. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes from only the best vineyards that every year produce the best harvest. The bunches are left in natural drying for a few months and then sent to a careful and respectful vinification. Approximately 60% of the must ferments and ages in steel tanks, the remainder in barriques. After about a year of aging in the bottle, Nektar is expressed through an intense golden yellow color, floral and tropical fruit aromas, hints of sweet spices and honey, aromatic herbs and hawthorn.
