Testarolo 450 gr
The Lunigiana Preziosa brand markets and distributes products to preserve the ancient cuisine of Pontremoli in an artisanal way, the essence of which are testaroli, a soft disk of pasta, made from water, flour and salt. The cooking takes place in the "testi", large circular pans which were originally made of clay and composed of two parts, a round-shaped underlying part (sottano), and a slightly conical lid (soprano), which favored cooking on burning embers of a fire.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil “D’Oro” 500 ml
D'Oro is produced with olives harvested by hand in our olive groves on the hills of Luni and Castelnuovo Magra. The varieties are typical of our territory: Razzola, Leccino and Moraiolo. Extracted at low temperature, to maintain aromas and sensory characteristics, it has a maximum acidity of 0.4%.

Ligurian pesto 212 gr
The "Pesto Ligure" of the "La Baita e Galleano" farm is made with basil from its own kitchen garden, grown in a totally organic way. The recipe is completed with ingredients of the highest quality: Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, Vessalico red garlic (Slow Food Presidium), mountain Parmigiano Reggiano and Italian pine nuts.

Taggiasca Olives 212 gr
Only the best fruits of the Taggiasca variety mountain olive groves, in Gazzo D'Arroscia (IM), are chosen for your table. The scent and flavor of Taggiasca olives are enhanced by our own locally-produced extra virgin olive oil. A real treasure in a jar that goes well with fish and meat dishes, with simple or more elaborate recipes.
