In the Ligurian hinterland, in the province of Imperia, at 700 m above sea level, where the landscape becomes almost mountainous, is Gazzo d'Arroscia, a small village with 50 inhabitants. Here the family business "La Baita & Galleano" continues the tradition started by the great-great-grandparents. From the Taggiasca olives of our olive groves, selected and harvested by hand, a tasty cream with an unmistakable character is born. Created according to a traditional recipe, only with own ingredients (extra virgin olive oil, thyme and marjoram), it is ideal on croutons and pasta or combined with meat. A pleasure that melts in the mouth.
