Discover the art of Ligurian pesto. We will introduce you to the authentic Ligurian pesto, a recipe handed down to us by our grandmothers and jealously guarded over the years.
A recipe made of very simple but indispensable ingredients for the realization of a traditional recipe; the most important is the freshly picked basil from small local producers.
We will provide each guest with an apron and the historic marble mortar: the graceful method demanded by this ancient instrument will allow you to immerse yourself in the tradition of our food and wine culture.
